whether it is achievable?

i will graduate in may 2013
rest for a month
seeking for job

june 2013
i need a job that can earn me at least 2.5k

0.3k for ptptn
0.5k for car loan
0.5k for food
0.5k for entertainment and others
i have 700 for saving

in order to own a house which cost 350k
i need a deposit of at 20% of the market value which is 70k
mum will contribute at least 40k
then, all i need is 30k

jan 2014
my youngest brother graduates from high school
he will need to enter college
i was hoping that he can continue in australia
finish his a levels or any equivalent qualification in malaysia
i think he needs at least a year or two
about 200k for 3 years
but at least have to settle for first year budget
which is going to be around 80k without any doubt

june 2015
if i save 700 per month for 2 years
i will have 16.8k
still short of 13.2k

however
48k of ptptn loan
i will have 20k left
therefore
after that i will have a balance of 6.8k
settle for a house

jan 2016
if im not mistaken
i can have a bonus of a least a month of every year end
6.8k plus up 5k which ends up to be 11.8k
i need to get a education loan of at least 60k
mortgage the house
80k settled

june 2016
after 3 years of working experience
i hope that i can have a job that earns me 3k a month
no saving for previous year (i got to pay to the bank for house loan)

i got to save a lot

what can i do with it
(education loan, house loan)
